School Guards Break Child's Arm And Arrest Her For Dropping Cake
Pandemic of police and security violence continues unabated
School security guards in Palmdale, CA have been caught on camera assaulting a 16-year-old girl and breaking her arm after she spilled some cake during lunch and left some crumbs on the floor after cleaning it up.
The incident occurred last week at Knight High School in Palmdale and was caught on a cell phone camera by another pupil who was then also assaulted by the security guards.
Watch video of the incident here (Video Link One) and here (Video Link Two)The girl, Pleajhai Mervin, told Fox News LA that she was bumped while queuing for lunch and dropped the cake. After being ordered to clean it up and then re-clean the spot three times, she attempted to leave the area out of embarrassment but was jumped on by security who forced her onto a table, breaking her wrist in the process.
==============================================================
Pleajhai also says that the security guard in the picture yelled "hold still nappy-head" at her, which at the time she did not know was a racist comment.
In an even more shocking development the security guards later had the mother of the girl arrested after she sought out an attorney and demanded that the guard be arrested, telling her that if she wanted the guard detained then she herself would also be charged with battery after she allegedly pushed the guard and an assistant principal of the school. She has also been suspended from her job at another school in the county.
The school expelled Pleajhai for five days before then having her arrested for battery and for littering (the dropping of the cake). Then they had the pupil who captured the video arrested along with his sister who was merely present at the scene.
A walkout is planned for this morning by some students, after which the protesters will call for the firing of the main security guard involved.
The incident serves as another unbelievable case in the wave of police brutality sweeping the country. In recent days we have covered multiple incidents of this nature and have compiled them into a page which will no doubt be added to in the months to come.
Commentators have linked the increased cases of brutality with a post 9/11 mentality in America where civil liberties have been totally diminished and the anointed "authorities" simply consider themselves above the law.
Former Reagan government official Paul Craig Roberts, for instance, has succinctly described the mentality as having turned "an epidemic of US police brutality into a pandemic".
The media reports linked above clearly sympathize with the girl and her mother but only because the girl "fully complied with the guards' orders".
What on earth have things come to when children are being physically assaulted and arrested in schools by huge fat thugs 5 times their size for "not complying with orders"?
Police and security officials are being trained that it's OK to beat, torture and taser anyone should they not answer their questions or comply with their every order.
The "security" and well being of citizens is no longer the concern of these moronic hired beefbrains who revel in their false positions of power. Ask yourself, why is the security guy pictured above wearing shades indoors? Because it is part of the gang mentality of these idiots who think its cool to put the fear of life into small kids and then break their bones if they fail to cower like mice when picked upon.
And now an update:High School Security Guards Attack Teen With Cell Phone Camera Then Frame Him Incident provokes national outrage
=============================================================
High School security guards in Palmdale CA have reacted viciously to an incident that was caught on camera last week, creating false charges against school children to detract from their own excessive actions which have since hit the headlines.
The incident at Knight High School, which received national attention yesterday, blew up after security thugs assaulted a 16 year old school girl and broke her arm after she dropped some cake and did not clean it up to the satisfaction of the guards.
The Guards then viciously assaulted a 16 year old boy who captured video of the incident on his cell phone. After the guards noticed the boy was filming them they forcefully tackled him, pushing his head into the ground and twisting his arm behind his back. The boy's sister attempted to intervene as other students began to film on phones.
After initially letting the boy go, the security guards had him and his sister arrested a day later on assault charges after angry parents hit out and demanded the firing of the guards in question. The school also had the girl who dropped the cake arrested for littering and the girl's mother arrested on a separate fabricated assault charge.
While the mainstream media has played down this terrible incident merely referring to it as a "scuffle", and Knight High School has refused to condemn the actions of the guards, public reaction has been heated.
This incident represents another example of how police and security personnel believe they can simply invent charges against innocent people they clash with. Two weeks ago we featured a story on a motorist who caught a St. George Police Sergeant named Kenline stating that he had the power to invent charges that would put the man behind bars.Security Guards' Confrontation With Students Prompts Protest

PALMDALE, Calif. -- Parents and students at Knight High School protested Friday morning because of an incident in which three teenagers and a mother were arrested last Thursday after alercations with security guards, prompting an investigation into the guards' behavior.
The altercations were videotaped by students at a birthday celebration during the school's lunch hour. At some point, birthday cake was tossed around and landed on the floor, sparking a series of events.
A female student who is shown on the video being held down by a guard said she had dropped cake and bent down to clean it up. She said when the security guard told her to clean up part of the mess that had been overlooked, a verbal altercation erupted -- and quickly turned physical.
The security guard grabbed her by the arm as she headed out, the student said. She said the security guard was overzealous in twisting her arms and, despite her pleas, he broke her wrist, which was later put into a cast.
"He grabbed me by my arm and put my arm behind my back and pulled it up until it hurt," said student Pleajhai Mervin. "Then, he slammed me on the table." The security guard called her a "nappy-head," Mervin said.
Mervin, who was later arrested and expelled from school, said that when the security guard realized the incident was being recorded, he tackled the other student taking the video. That male student was also arrested, and his sister was arrested when she saw him on the ground with the guard and tried to intervene, she said.
The male student has been incarcerated at a juvenile detention center, KNBC reported, because he was already on probation for robbery at the time of the incident.
After Mervin's mother, Latricia Majors, arrived at the school, she was arrested for allegedly battering the principal. Majors spent the evening in jail. Majors later said she hired an attorney from the Cochran firm and planned to sue the school district.
"I want justice for my daughter," Majors said. "The security guards who wronged her, I want them to be held accountable for their actions."
The Antelope Valley Union School District said in a statement: "A recent incident occurred... that has caused serious concern within the district and our community... an event that resulted in a physical confrontation between school staff and students.
"The district has launched an investigation... and an employee of the district has been placed on paid administrative leave." The district's superintendent told KNBC that physical confrontation is always a last resort to maintain order. District officials said the 25-year-old security guard has been with the district for two years.

Queer History Challenge: Tell me... What they are saying/doing?
For those who are unaware this will be a learning experience. For those who know exactly what I am talking about have fun with the game.
First I must identify each person: On the Left is Justin, In the Center is Jude, On the Right is Julian.
Second I need to tell you that there are two things similar but different on each young cowboi. That is your hint.
Finally, I need for you to identify their position in the relationship and give me at least a three sentence description of what is going on. For extra bonus points if you can do it in narrative format and get your creative juices flowing by telling a story that will be a major bonus.
And yes, for those who know me well, this pic would be several fantasies/wet dreams come true!

In other news of the insane, Chris Crocker has officially hit the big time. Not just because of Seth Green; but apparently 44 Blue Productions, will develop a docusoap around the 19-year-old Tennessee native who lives with his grandparents. 44 Blue said, "It's going to pretty much be the 'Chris Crocker experience'. We consider him a rebel character that people will find interesting. He's going to be a TV STAR!"
Some one pointed out the resembling Adams Apple and facial features of both Chris Crocker and Ann Coulter of Fox News fame which further inflamed Chris, who described the network personalities as 'Circus Freaks'. And we are still waiting for Ann to pull the lump out of her throat and return to reality in order to respond.

Another case of police brutality this time in Indiana
Police in Roseland, Indiana, attack a peaceful dissident, at a City Council meeting or something, and accuse him of battery! Thanks to Lew Rockwell for the story
Here is the story for the Roseland Indiana police brutality:
If you ever get disgusted with city officials here, just imagine how much worse it could be:ROSELAND — Three days after another fracas and arrest at a Roseland Town Council meeting, some town residents and business owners are optimistic better days are ahead for the community. But they also believe there needs to be a better way to remove public officials from office in Indiana.“I would like to see the town get back to what it used to be — one that we were proud and happy to live in,” longtime resident Pat Szigeti said Monday.
Ganked with gratitude from Leo Morris' Opening Arguments
“I think people need the whole story before they make judgments,” she added, referring to the latest incident. “I realize it looked bad. … It was shocking.”
She was talking about Friday night when council member David Snyder, after being ejected from the council meeting, was involved in an altercation with Town Marshal Jack Tiller that was caught by television cameras at the front door of Town Hall.
Snyder said the marshal lunged and pushed him through the door to the Town Hall, causing him to fall, hit his head and lose consciousness. When he awoke, he was being hit in the face by Tiller, he said.
Television video footage shows the officer on top of Snyder, striking him.
Some people in Roseland think Indiana needs a recall law for public officials, which they seem eager to use. It would probably be used in a lot of cities, come to think of it.
Fr. Fozy: Keep in mind that she said, "I think people need the whole story before they make judgments. I realize it looked bad. … It was shocking." regarding the "latest incident".
One thing failed to be reported or researched, is a basic question, ?Why hasn't the whatever bureau in charge of the Open Door Policies for local government investigate the other issues/incidents?" In addition this would be a primary case study for State Police and or a Sheriff being posted to assure equal redress of a government body let alone the fact that the government body shouldn't be ejecting members out of its own meetings.
Just some thoughts. What are yours?

Senator Kerry should be ashamed of himself. Police Brutality Will Not Silence Us!
Thank you James for forwarding this to me.
My Fellow Americans,
This morning, like I do every morning, I turned on the television, in order to watch CNN's American Morning. Of course, I had to endure meaningless pseudo-news, such as Britney Spears' post-rehab, drug use and O.J. Simpson's "sting operation," before I was actually able to watch segments that mattered. In particular, one shocking story caught my eye:
Yesterday, Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) addressed a forum at the University of Florida. When the appointed time came for questions and answers, Andrew Meyer, a 21 year old student, stepped up to the microphone and queried the former presidential candidate:
- "Why did you concede the 2004 Presidential Election within one day, when there was rampant voter disenfranchisement and notable voting machine malfunctions and manipulations?"
- "If you are so worried about Bush invading Iran, why don't you impeach him? Clinton was impeached for a blow job."
- "Were not you and Bush part of the Skull and Bones Society at Yale?"
Soon thereafter, the police forcibly cuffed and floored this courageous, young man. While restrained and showing no signs of resistance, an officer tasered Meyer. In fact, before that act of police brutality, he had even pleaded with them *not* to taser him.
What occured at that forum is unacceptable in a supposedly, liberal, representative democracy. That blatant act of police misconduct was more becoming of a fascist state than one that values freedom of speech. Those three officers should be summarily fired, and Meyer ought to bankrupt that department in civil court. Thank God all of this was recorded on multiple cameras!
I am an angry, fed-up liberal, and others like me are not taking it anymore! Police brutality and the wiles of the fascist, Bush Regime will not silence us from speaking the truth! In fact, actions such as these, embolden us and compel us to speak it even more loudly and boldly. It certainly is time for regime change in our country!
God Bless America - Strength Through Peace,
James

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - A University of Florida student was Tasered and arrested Monday when he attempted to speak at a forum with U.S. Sen. John Kerry during a question and answer session, university officials said.
Andrew Meyer, 21, asked Kerry, D-Mass., why he did not contest the 2004 presidential election, which he lost to President Bush, and why there had been no moves to impeach Bush.
"He apparently asked several questions — he went on for quite awhile — then he was asked to stop," university spokesman Steve Orlando said. "He had used his allotted time. His microphone was cut off then he became upset."
While as many as four police officers tried to remove Meyer from the forum, he yelled for help and asked "What did I do?" Minutes after Meyer started speaking, he was Tasered.
Meyer was charged with resisting an officer and disturbing the peace, according to Alachua County jail records. No bond had been set. Meyer was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning, a jail official said.
It was not known if Meyer had an attorney.
Orlando said university police would conduct an internal investigation on the incident.
"The police department does have a standard procedure for when they use force, including when they use a Taser," Orlando said. "That is what the internal investigation would address — whether the proper procedures were followed, whether the officers acted appropriately."

Blog Bullshit Along The Three Rivers
My Response Towards: Mr. Greg McClain, Editor, The Fort Wayne Blog
and his comments regarding Mrs. Jennifer Jeffrey, Chairwoman, Libertarian Party of Allen Co.
As there is no mayoral candidate for the Libertarian Party, this line of questioning, besides being naturally erroneous; neither is applicable to the Party Chair nor should it be answered by the Chair of either Party, since the third Party Chair was not given the same list of query and information.
Furthermore, please don't disrespect a woman of class and character either by assuming she did something and proclaiming it with out proof and fact; or for that matter, deny her the societal courtesies of her banns of Holy Matrimony.

Frederica Mathewes-Green: Facing the Homosexual Void
I am posting this article prior to my response to it being written over the weekend so that people have time to read it and comment if they so choose. I am not endorsing the content of this article as I find several flaws in thought and theology. However at the same point, I feel it must in all fairness be made available in full text, so that people may partake of the limited acceptance it does provide to homosexual persons and our path in life. It is the beginning of a conversation and I pray that every one responding to it will take the time to read all nine pages in full even if it means returning to it several times over the course of the next couple of days.

Getting Even With The Pussy And The Rodent Age Of The Internet
One December day we found an old straggly cat at our door.
She was a sorry sight Starving, dirty, smelled terrible, skinny,
and hair all matted down. We felt sorry for her so we put her
in a carrier and took her to the vet. We didn't know what to
call her so we named her "Pussycat."
The vet decided to keep her for a day or so. He said he would
let us know when we could come and get her. My husband (the
complainer) said, "OK, but don't forget to wash her, she stinks."
He reminded the vet that it was his WIFE (me) that wanted the
dirty cat, not him. My husband and my Vet don't see eye to eye.
The vet calls my husband 'El-Cheap-O', and my husband calls the
vet El-Charge-O'. They love to hate each other and constantly
'snipe' at one another, with my husband getting in the last word
on this particular occasion.
The next day my husband had an appointment with his doctor,
who is located in the same building, next door to the vet. The MD's
waiting room and office was full of people waiting to see the
doctor. A side door opened and the vet leaned in - he
had obviously seen my husband arrive.
He looked straight at my husband and in a loud voice said,
"Your wife's pussy doesn't stink any more. We washed and shaved it,
and now she smells like a rose. Oh, and, by the way, I think she's
Pregnant. God only knows who the father is!" Then he closed the door.
Now THAT, my friends, is getting even!

Mason Wyler on the Death of MTV: OOPS You didnt do it again! (Updated 3x)
Mason Wyler, Gay Adult Film Performer and Actor, stated the following:
I don't know about you.. but I think MTV has had brain cancer for quite some time now... for years actually... and every so often it went thru chemotherapy to try and save itself... real world/road rules sometimes helped (although the past 3 or 4 seasons of real world sucked), sadly super sweet sixteen and Laguna beach/the hills/lets watch rich kids seemed to be a success for the network, and the yearly VMA's always seemed to help boost the terminally ill channel for another year.
BUT it is plain to see there's just no cure for cancer... not yet at least.. and this year.. Chemotherapy isn't going to work.
The whole Britney comeback performance at the VMA's (surprisingly I was actually rooting for her to do well) was a complete and utter joke. Britney isn't Britney anymore, you can see it in her eyes, the drive and focus is gone. She seemed to be out of place, confused even, on stage. She couldn't even lip sync correctly, her hair looked a mess, her outfit and over all performance was LAME and SHE"S FAT.
On top of that... It seems like its a whole bunch of college interns running MTV let alone the VMA's... Five minutes into the show and they had technical difficulties... Sarah Silverman isn't funny and it was clear the audience didn't like her. And the whole Vegas party Idea for the show is dumb. It's suppose to be an AWARDS show - not a hotel room party. You can't advertise "performances by so and so" and only show clips of the performances because they're taking place in some hotel suite upstairs not in the main show hall. They cut to commercials in the middle of a Maroon 5 performance like it was some Tonight Show Band.
MTV really shouldn't be on the air anymore... lame scripted dating show after dating show... shows about assholes doing asshole things like snapping their bones or stapling their nutsacks to the wall, stupid spoiled whores wasting their parents money, and super old news casters talking about a celebrity incident like it was the burning of Greece. IF MTV had a clue they would of followed CNN and went back to what their network was actually created for. Yes people are allowed to make mistakes... but when you're already sick... you really can't afford to do anything stupid. It's time for MTV to die.
It is up to the American consumer to send it off with a bang!
However, before we kill it off completely, remember that for some of us it was our first look into albeit cloche, gay life and love as normal! If it wasn't for the Real World and Road Rules bois being stacked three deep on a cube of ice, some of our straight friends would have never accepted our flirting with them, as normal and the accidental kiss with a little bit of tongue, as flattery; not to mention the fact that there was at least one if not two gay characters per show. And can we all say "Hell Yes To Undressed" that show looked at gay love from every angle and was truly soft eroticism for those of us stuck in the middle at the edge of a corn field.
I salute you MTV you have served the queer market eer community well.
Thanks for LOGO and please know that you will be missed.
I hate how CBS always tries to claim that they were the first to do reality television with Survivor.. they weren't the first--- they just started the frenzy that led to the downfall of television. BUT in some ways that could be seen as a good thing... IT has led me to not watch so much TV.
I think their best season of the RW ever was New Orleans - it has gone downhill since then.. now they always put the same type of people together in the house.
... and UNDRESSED was awesome!!!
EDITOR'S UPDATE: Due to the amount of searches and cross links pointing to or accessing this blog based on some pretty intense search criteria I am resolved to answer with the following:
I know Mason's real name you don't need to though. Please allow a person to have his private life and public persona be separate, he is teaching our children United States History after all. Second, per the requirements of this blog's standards, you will not find any frontally naked pictures or sexually gratifying pictures on this post or any future post regarding Mason unless it is in the context of a particular news story or commentary by him or response by me.
With all that being written, I do however want to point F6's readers, whom I do appreciate dearly, to another interview Mason did with Jeremy over at BLUE IS BEAUTIFUL which does contain the pictures you are looking for in some regard. The rest of his pictures are around the internet and some of them are readily accessible by checking out my blog's links pages and searching through those blogs for more pictures of the very cute and talented cowboi we all know and admire as Mason.
And Mason, if you happen along by this post again, I owe you one more round all the way.
EDITOR'S UPDATE: Mason has a new blog WYLER NATION on blogspot where you can donate to his latest cause and continued studies as well as find out his real name and get 15 minutes of talk time with him free, for as little as .... you'll have to read to find out.

Free Speech: Church fears lawsuits over gay rights
My Response to Kenn Gividen:
It goes back to the debate of which clauses of the first amendment trump other clauses of the first amendment or the constitution and other amendments. Is it an issue of freedom of association, establishment of religion rather than practice of, or property rights issues?
It is not so much that gay rights or a 'gay agenda' is the issue but the courts and the legislatures are not clarifying all of the issues when they change, or invalidate rightfully so, the laws.
So there is now this whole cavern of unanswered questions as to rights both of the individual and the church and the property owner and the state.
Then again I believe Churches should pay a base level (not for the buildings but the acreage) of property taxes and contribute back to the community services it uses so freely and then complains when the community or an individual who is a taxpayer asks for something in return from that property.
Tax free property is a privilege given by the people not (just) a right given by law, somewhere along the way the Church has forgotten the difference.

Senator Craig: We have thrown out the Constitution
Keep in mind I am a Libertarian and could give two tails of a rat's cheeks as to whether or not he really did it. The issue is Constitutional privileges of Senators and Representatives
Article One Section Six states that:
The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.
No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.
reference the part
They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same
Senator Craig was arrested just after 12 noon 11th of June. He cast a vote on a high-profile cloture motion on the Senate floor at 5:55 p.m. that same day. Was it grandstanding? Maybe but he at the same point at this juncture is protected in passage to the Session of Congress.
Since it was a misdemeanor by Constitutional principle and privilege he could not be arrested and therefore is innocent not to mention the fact that the interview that was recorded and released to the public was in fact invalid and illegally released to the public. His rights as a citizen were probably violated as it was a case of entrapment and over zealous police work.
I think Senator Craig should be ashamed of the fiasco that this has all caused the country but he is innocent, guilty of no crime, according to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Message from Robert Fuller 5th District Libertarian Candidate For City Council
Libertarian Robert Fuller Responds
To City Council’s Latest Maneuvers:
I believe this is City Councils way of a last ditch effort to retain their office and they are running scared; and in doing so, taking the rights of candidates to spread their message of another way of doing business in this wonderful city we all love and call home.
Sam Talarico properly stated that if, "you are new candidate you can't afford billboards, you can't afford direct mail, you can get 250 signs made and get your name out," 'The amendment now will allow city employees to take down illegal signs and destroy them. The poster could also face a $50 fine.' Where is the fifty dollars collected per item assigned to go? By this proposed amendment to the sign ordinance, those who oppose the current Council members can't use the same tactics they used when they were elected.
Some of us have taken the time to actually walk our entire districts twice over and still have not met all of our constituents. In every tour of my future District of service for the people, I have encountered multiple situations where people were just not home or not able to talk with me at the time. Therefore, the signs are a primary source of reaching those we have not spoken to in person. Certain candidates have chosen to make this a race over money and prestige rather than truly getting to know the people they potentially will represent. We can't all afford radio and television air time, to which, all we have left to get our message across is our signs and fliers.
So who is wronged here? The people are, because they all are not able to be made aware of all options before they vote! It is a proven fact that the incumbent City Council members had and still has such signs posted in certain areas and just like the incumbent council is serving in gerrymandered districts to improve their individual outcomes on election day, this is a attack on the civic discourse and civil liberties of all candidates and the people.
My incumbent opponent in the 5th District, Tim Pape, attempted to illustrate the use of signs as cop out for not, going "to front doors,...(getting) on the phone rather than just plastering your name in the right-of-way," As a matter of environmental concern, sticking a rack card on a door (rather than handing them directly to a resident) that will just get thrown away or discarded on the ground, like a pizza place door hanger, is more of a nuisance than a sign that is posted in a right of way that directs them to a website to find out more information from each of the candidates.
These signs are a great avenue of simple communication of ideas in the marketplace without spending enormous amounts of money and littering our skyline with gigantic billboards. Elections should be about who can serve the people better not whom can raise and spend the most money!
Council Member Dr. John Crawford declared emphatically, "It's always been against the law to put signs in the right-of-way, but it's never been enforced,"
If the law has always been on the books that means that every incumbent member has also violated the ordinance. I would like to know are the incumbent members going to pay the fine for past and current transgressions of the ordinance. Why are they in such a rush to get it done before November except to hamper their opposition and the people from making an informed decision?
Respectfully,
Mr. Robert Fuller,
Libertarian Candidate,
5th District,
City Council of Fort Wayne

In other news we find that Dr. D. James Kennedy one of the right wings most coddled and vocal mouth piece of hatred has entered the eternal rotisserie of hell, as some people have described it. I will actually miss the old withered pussy face on Sunday Mornings in between my news and politics shows. We have to remember at least we knew where he stood on the issues, we don't know where his successors will stand or how much more crass and vocal they might become.
On the other hand it will be interesting to watch the Presbyterians and fundamentalists go through a canonization process since they don't believe in that Catholic sort of thing, lol.
First Fairthewell and now Kenacious D who will be next Couch Cushion or Gargamel? For those who dont understand Christain Television Corporations Personalities that I was referring to: Jerry Fallwell, D. James Kennedy, Paul Crouch (TBN), and Garthie Koontz (TCT). Is Oral Roberts or Mamma Angelica still alive?
